Description – United Fish Co New Zealand Southern Blue Whiting Crumbed Fillets 800g

United Fish Co Southern Blue Whiting Crumbed Fillets are made from wild-caught fish sourced from the deep southern seas of New Zealand, where cold sub-Antarctic waters produce firm, flavourful white fish. The fillets are hand-cut and coated in a seasoned crumb made from wheat flour, maize flour, rice flour, yeast, and vegetable oils, designed to crisp evenly during cooking.

The fish content is a minimum of 55%, providing a solid seafood base with a naturally flaky texture. Once cooked, the crumb forms a golden, crunchy exterior while the southern blue whiting remains moist and tender inside. The flavour is mild yet slightly richer than standard white fish, making it suitable for a variety of meal styles.

This product is designed for oven or air fryer cooking directly from frozen, ensuring convenience and consistent results. The 800g pack provides multiple servings, making it suitable for families or households that want reliable seafood meals across the week.
