Description – Tip Top Supersoft White Super Thick Bread 700g

Tip Top Supersoft White Super Thick Bread 700g is a soft, pre-sliced white loaf designed with extra-thick slices for more substantial meal applications. It builds on the classic Supersoft white bread base but is engineered to provide greater slice thickness, allowing it to hold heavier fillings without collapsing or becoming soggy too quickly.

The bread features an ultra-soft white crumb that is light, fluffy, and easy to bite, making it suitable for all age groups. Despite its thickness, the texture remains consistently soft, ensuring an easy eating experience whether used fresh or lightly toasted. The crust is minimal and soft, supporting the Supersoft signature texture profile.

The formulation is built around wheat flour, water, yeast, and vegetable oil, creating a stable and soft dough structure. Wheat flour provides the main structural base, while yeast ensures a consistent rise and airy crumb formation. Vegetable oil helps retain moisture, keeping the bread soft for longer when stored properly.

Wheat gluten strengthens dough elasticity, which is particularly important for maintaining structure in thicker slices. Soy flour adds mild protein enrichment and supports crumb stability. Emulsifiers (481, 472e) help maintain a uniform texture and consistent slice quality, while acidity regulator (263) ensures dough balance during baking.

Folic acid fortification provides essential nutritional support, while wheat-based processing aids improve softness and baking performance consistency across the loaf.

The key defining feature of this bread is its extra thickness. Each slice is designed to hold heavier and wetter fillings such as baked beans, spaghetti, scrambled eggs, or thick spreads without falling apart quickly. This makes it especially suitable for high-energy meals or “loaded” sandwiches that require structural support.

The texture remains consistent throughout the loaf, ensuring that every slice delivers the same soft yet sturdy experience. Despite its thickness, it retains the signature Supersoft quality that makes it easy to chew and enjoy for both children and adults.

In everyday use, Tip Top Supersoft White Super Thick Bread performs well for breakfast, lunch, and dinner-style sandwiches. It is particularly useful for hearty meals that require a stronger bread base. When toasted, it develops a light crisp exterior while maintaining a soft, fluffy interior, enhancing its versatility.

The 700g size provides a generous household portion, making it suitable for families who regularly consume bread across multiple daily meals.
