Description – Makikihi Premium Frozen Potato Steak Fries 2kg

Makikihi Premium Frozen Potato Steak Fries 2kg are made using carefully selected potatoes and purified beef tallow, delivering a traditional-style frozen chip with a rich potato flavour and crisp cooking performance. The product focuses on simplicity, quality ingredients, and consistent results.

The steak fry cut is significantly thicker than standard fries, providing a hearty texture with a soft, fluffy centre and a crispy exterior once cooked. This makes them ideal for meal occasions where a more filling potato side is required.

Purified beef tallow is used as the cooking fat, contributing to a rich, traditional flavour profile and enhancing crisping during cooking. This method helps produce a distinctive taste and texture compared to vegetable oil-based fries.

The product is gluten free, making it suitable for consumers with gluten sensitivities who still want a premium frozen chip option. With minimal ingredients, the focus remains on natural potato quality and flavour.

Snap freezing locks in freshness and ensures consistent cooking performance across large batch sizes. This makes the product suitable not only for households but also for catering, hospitality, and bulk meal preparation.

Once cooked, the fries deliver a crispy exterior and soft interior, making them ideal for dipping or pairing with a wide variety of main dishes and sauces.
