Description – Independent Fisheries Crumbed Hoki Fillets Natural-Cut 70–90g 750g

Independent Fisheries Crumbed Natural-Cut Hoki Fillets are made using wild-caught New Zealand hoki, portioned into natural fillet cuts weighing 70–90g each. The fillets are coated in a seasoned crumb made from wheat flour, maize starch, rice flour, yeast, and vegetable oils, then flash fried and snap frozen to lock in texture and flavour.

The natural-cut format ensures consistent portion sizes, making them easy to cook evenly in the oven or air fryer directly from frozen. Once cooked, the crumb becomes golden and crispy while the hoki inside remains soft, moist, and flaky. The mild flavour of hoki allows the crumb seasoning to remain the dominant taste, making it suitable for a wide range of side dishes and sauces.

This product is designed for convenience and consistency, providing a reliable seafood option for households that want predictable cooking results. The 750g pack offers multiple servings, making it suitable for family dinners or weekly meal planning.
