Purchased for my 11 mth Malshi who constantly barks and howls everytime we leave house. Have used it twice inside and it definitely works. When he barked, the sound was omitted which he didn't like. I have a 6yr old staffy who has separation issues. It was hard for me to leave the unit because I was worried that her barking would bother the neighbours.
