Description – Delmaine Mushroom & Three Cheese Tortelloni Pasta 300g

Delmaine Mushroom & Three Cheese Tortelloni Pasta 300g is a premium filled pasta product made locally in New Zealand using high-quality durum wheat semolina and free-range eggs. Each tortelloni parcel is generously filled with a blend of sautéed button, Portobello, and porcini mushrooms combined with a creamy mix of feta, ricotta, and cheddar cheeses.

The pasta dough is carefully crafted to create a firm yet tender bite after cooking, ensuring it holds its shape while absorbing sauces effectively. The filling is rich and savoury, offering a balanced combination of earthy mushrooms and smooth, creamy cheese textures.

This product is designed for versatility. It pairs well with creamy sauces such as Alfredo or Carbonara, or it can be enhanced with mushroom-based sauces like Delmaine Creamy Portobello Sauce for a deeper umami flavour. It can also be served simply with butter, herbs, and parmesan for a lighter meal.

The tortelloni is portioned into two servings per pack, making it suitable for couples or small households. It provides a quick cooking time, making it ideal for weeknight meals or last-minute dinner planning.
